with most (should be all) mods that change Skyrim cities, towns and villages.

1) DESCRIPTION
Populated Cities Towns Villages Reborn (PCTVR) fixes and enhances the original masteripiece of Erkeil Team RS.
Now all the facegens (meshes & textures) are completed (stop to possible greyface bugs) and a lot of NPC schedules are fixed, so you won’t see anymore NPCs stuck or inactive on the roads or taverns.
The result is a new vibrant Skyrim, with real busy cities, towns and villages, 1oo% compatible with most (maybe all) mods that change Skyrim cities and settlements and the other kind of mods (USKP and USLEEP included). Moreover, It’s fully compatible with Skyrim Legendary Edition.
Now PCTVR is really at full of his potential!
2) SPECIFICS
This mod adds about 200 new “generic” NPCs (as “citizens”, “pilgrims”, “priests”, “veterans”, “labourers” and so on) to Skyrim cities, towns and villages, without using scripts. All NPCs are respawnable and have their daily routine. At night you will find most of them into taverns.

3) COMPATIBILITY
Load the mod on the very top of your load order. It’s 100% compatible with all other mods.

5) INSTALL WITH MOD ORGANIZER?
(ONLY) if you have trouble try these steps:
In MO/settings/plugins/fomod, set prefer to ‘false’ instead of true. It will run the external installer and so It should works.
