Extended NPC Dialogue Hub LE v1

Adds new dialogue to several unique NPCs. Lightweight and highly compatible. Will be updated regularly.

A simple series of mods to add new voice lines for several unique vanilla NPCs. The dialogue is lore friendly and done in a similar style to their existing lines. All the dialogue is handled on a separate quest at a slighter higher priority than the vanilla lines so you should hear the newer lines first.

NPCs Included
Ahlam in Whiterun (previously unreleased on Nexus Mods) (52 lines). Ahlam will have unique lines if Nazeem dies plus she will comment if you have certain vanilla diseases.
Embry in Riverwood (48 lines).
Erdi in Solitude (52 lines).
M’aiq the Liar (63 lines). Lines are set to not repeat for 10 in-game hours, the same as his regular lines.
Nils in Windhelm (53 lines).
Sigurd in Whiterun (65 lines). Sigurd will have unique lines if Belethor dies.
Talsgar the Wanderer (64 lines).

Compatibility
No vanilla records have been edited, to ensure maximum compatibility. The mods should be compatible with more or less everything. Mods that turn the NPCs covered in this mod to followers may not be compatible and/or the dialogue added may not make sense. Erdi is blocked from saying the new lines if she is a follower or a player teammate.

Patches are available to decrease the priority of the Shadowman Erdi mod* to increase compatibility. Please ensure you get the correct version for the version you’re using (SL or FG).

Lines are set to not repeat for 24 in-game hours unless stated otherwise. The dialogue include hello and goodbye lines and some NPCs have a few idles. Some are specific to the NPC’s location, some are also dependant on the weather.

Installation

Install using your favourite mod manager. Safe to install at any time, a new game is not required.

Notes
Each plug-in is flagged as ESL so they won’t take up a slot in your load order
All have been cleaned and checked for errors in xEdit
The mod was made with the older Creation Kit so it is compatible with all versions of Skyrim SE/AE
If you don’t hear any dialogue, try making a save and loading it
Voice lines were generated using Eleven Labs

*Doesn’t apply; Skyrim LE doesn’t support ESL format. See sticky for more information.

FAQ
Will you add more NPCs? Can I request one?
I plan on expanding the series with more unique NPCs. Feel free to make requests but I can’t guarantee I will do any particular NPC. Please track this page so you will be informed when there’s an update.

I already downloaded the individual mod, do I need to download this again?
No, it’s the same plug-in, no need to download them again.

Will you make a FOMOD so I can pick which ones I want?
No, as I plan on releasing more NPCs periodically this would mean remaking the FOMOD every time I add a new one.

Will you make an all-in-one plug-in?
No. Each NPC will be released as an update on this page with a separate plug-in. Making an AIO is not an easy task and as more NPCs are added it may eventually contain too many records to be an ESL-flagged mod.

Can I translate it and release it?
Translations are welcome as long as the original mod is required and proper credit is given.

I don’t like AI voices.
That’s not a question, but it’s fine, just don’t use the mod, no need to tell me about it.

If you ask a question that’s already covered I will most likely just ignore it or delete it.
