This is my sneak mod done with code. Place where the TESV.exe is.

What this mod does is make shade a more prominent hiding spot. Obstructions greatly increase sneak, like they should.
Weather makes sneak stronger and of course dusk, dawn and Night time, all strengthen Sneak, like they should.
Search time-out is decreased to 10 seconds, so you don’t need to wait 5 minutes for enemies to stop searching.
This mod will have you sneaking, because it makes sneaking Fun.

Did you know that Talos is basically the Elder Scrolls version of JESUS.
At the start of the game the Imperials want to chop the head off of Ulfric who worships Talos.
In the end days the World Government, which is like the Imperials which were taking over Skyrim even though Skyrim belongs to the Nords, so the World Government will Chop the heads off of Christians…..so you see how these have Theme Similarities.
WHY? would a simple ini file make such drastic changes? Well its because an exe is designed to work with ini file code. The exe executes the game engine with source code. Then it draws from the default ini’s that the game incorporates when you download it. These ini’s are important to alter game config depending on hardware and other parameters like difficulty level and brightness. So the executable is designed to work with ini code and its needed.
A custom ini, can work with the executable in the same way. The Engine, in this case its called the Creation Engine was designed with modding in mind but all executables have the ability to draw from ini code. This is why I say drop it right next to the TESV.exe.
The truth is, you can add many ini files. My version of Skyrim has like 10 Custom ini files. You may think, well how can a PC read all these different ini files? They’re very easy for a computer to read and it will do it in a splitt second. Of the many ini files that I have created, custom ini files, they are specialized, so when you sneak the computer will go to the sneak ini file which is nicely named in a very easy to pick up name I selected. And since it knows its for the executable its quickly used.
When you make multiple Custom.ini’s The computer will make use of the specialized inis when that situation becomes activated by the player and the code will become used.
This is the way computers are designed to work, and of course this philosiphy is universal with exe’s and transferable between similar exe’s…lol, if u can get it?
